FAP Members- Please Read. *UPDATED- See bottom*

Hello Everyone! This is admin Kennaleecat!
It's officially October 31st here on the East Coast USA! Happy Halloween!
Since it's the 31st- Halloween FAP members please submit your FAP Halloween pieces to the correct folder. If for some reason you will be late (I understand about the hurricane/illness/other troubles) please just make sure you've noted the group and talked with us! I'll personally be keeping tabs on everyone and will be waiting a week before sending out warnings (unless we've talked).
In other news, I'd like to talk about some things that I think all members need to read.
This FAP has been really stressful for the admins. Many admins didn't even help out this time (where are you guys?), and a lot of FAPpers dropped out- leaving us to make up the difference (poor agentity had to do six pieces!). Now, I know we've said this before, but FAP signups are meant for people who are serious about doing said FAP. If you know ahead of time that you aren't willing to draw something "out of your comfort zone" or that you can't make time to do the piece- please don't sign up. Another thing that people have been misunderstanding is that while FAP allows all levels of art (we're not expecting all DD worthy pieces here...) we really stress that members put their all into their piece. While everyone likes to get art, no one likes getting a piece where the artist themselves comments with "This is crap".
Guys, admins are here to help- we're constantly stressing that. We can red-line, make suggestions, and some of us (I'm an example) are willing to collab with you to help you make a piece that both you and your partner will be happy with. If you're sick or (god forbid) something devastating happens and you fall behind- CONTACT US. We can't help you or give you more time if you don't tell us.
This group isn't out to get you, or make you slave away for free art. That's not what this group is about. It's about working on something (sometimes something new, or out of your comfort zone), in a timed setting, in order to grow as an artist and give a gift/trade to another deviant. And you, in return get a piece from another deviant doing the same thing.
If you're unable, or not wiling to do the above, then don't sign up? And if there's a problem- CONTACT US. We admins have lives and problems too, and can understand that sometimes the best intentions get bogged down by real life.
We'll post another blog soon, since the group will probably be on hiatus after this FAP so the admins can re-mesh the group and work out some of the kinks from this past FAP.

EDIT: Hey guys, so both the group and my own account have gotten notes about some people with emergencies/problems and their need to be late. Just so everyone knows- I'm giving everyone a WEEK from the due date (Oct 31st) to get their stuff in. Next Wednesday NOV 7th, is when I'd like for everyone to have their piece in by- no exceptions unless you contact me BY TOMORROW. I'll be making rounds and compiling a list on the 7th to make sure that everyone got a FAP piece (either by their partner, or an admin). I'll be sending out notes to late people, and I'm sure by then, Desu will have posted her big upcoming journal. IF FOR SOME REASON YOU CANNOT DO YOUR PIECE- CONTACT THE GROUP, not me individually. At this point in time I can't take on any more pieces just by myself. There are many other admins, who will be able to read your note and take up a piece if they can. THANK YOU!
